The Service
Christine offers a personally tailored service including make-up and hairstyling for the bride and her party. She is mobile which means that she will come to you, to your venue of choice on your big day. Let Christine deal with the traffic and the weather, while you relax and get pampered.
The Make-up
During your trial, Christine will discus with you your skin and the look you desire and together you will decide which type of make-up will be most suitable for you. Often it will be the case that airbrush, mineral and some other professional make-up brand items will be used in combination to get the best result.
Airbrush Make-up
Catherine Zeta Jones wears it. So does Jennifer Lopez. Why? Airbrush makeup creates a flawless face - almost as if you took your picture and ran it through Photoshop. Here's how it works. A tiny amount of specialized foundation makeup is sprayed onto the face with a wand. The result is a sheer, yet full coverage. You end up wearing less foundation, but with a flawless finish. Best of all, it can be applied so it is WATERPROOF, SMUDGEPROOF and NON- TRANSFERABLE on clothes. It stays on until you take it off... perfect for weddings to withstand all the hugs and kisses and even the most energetic caleigh!
Jane Iredale Mineral Make-up
Known as The Skin Care Makeup, the Jane Iredale line is so safe and beneficial to use that it is recommended by plastic surgeons and dermatologists throughout the world.

The Trial
Trials are held at US Studios at The Thistle Foundation in Edinburgh (Niddrie Mains Road, EH16 4EA) in Christine’s purpose built Make-up Studio. There is free parking right outside and the number 2, 14, and 30 buses stop very nearby.
Your trial will last between 2 - 4 hours (depending if you are having only make-up or make-up and hair done) and is Christine’s opportunity to work one on one with you to create the look you desire for your big day. Please do come prepared with some ideas for hair and make-up, as this will help you to get the most from the trial. It is also very useful if you bring along examples of your colour scheme and any hair decorations (tiaras, clips etc.) or veils you will be wearing. Trials are a must for the bride, but any other party member is welcome to have a trial as well. It can help with the timing on the day if Christine arrives already knowing
what everyone is wanting done.
Booking Your Date
To find out if your date is available please contact Christine by email or phone. If you decide to book Christine’s services you will be asked to pay a £30 deposit to secure your date in her diary. The deposit is non-refundable and will be deducted from your final total due on your wedding day.
